We are currently seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant soon to be Manager with a strong background in technology, strategy & transformation, ideally with Big 4 consulting experience, to support a critical engagement with one of our key clients. This role will play a key part in shaping the future state of the organisation by supporting technology rationalisation efforts and delivering insightful transformation assessments. Initially a 6‑month FTC role with potential for long‑term engagement. This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact role ideal for someone with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities, who thrives in data‑heavy environments and has experience working across complex enterprises. The initial engagement is short‑term, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The opportunity – your role Conduct transformation assessments with a focus on technology enablement and process improvement. Lead and contribute to technology rationalisation or enhancement initiatives across enterprise systems. Analyse large, complex datasets and synthesize insights to support strategic recommendations. Develop clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings and future‑state process designs to stakeholders. Design and articulate future‑state operating models and process improvements aligned with business goals. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational change objectives. Understand business and change initiatives and be able to work through them accordingly. Quickly turn around high‑quality deliverables, including executive‑ready PowerPoint decks and Excel‑based analyses. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams and support project planning and reporting activities. Required qualifications Proven consulting experience, ideally with one of the Big 4 (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG). Strong background in Business Process, Change, or Organisation Transformation. Demonstrated experience in technology transformation and/or rationalisation in complex organisations. Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel required). Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure a narrative and create executive‑level presentations. Experience in future‑state process design and operating model development. Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
