Known for their expert knowledge and premium off-road gear, they help customers transform their vehicles into adventure-ready machines. They are now looking for a Trainee Automotive Administration Assistant with strong attention to detail and a passion for the automotive industry to join their friendly and professional team. This is a great opportunity to get hands‑on in a customer service and parts‑focused environment while building valuable admin and industry skills. WHAT YOU’LL NEED... Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and great organisation Friendly, reliable, and motivated to learn An interest in cars, parts, or the automotive space WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING... Working full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Greeting customers and answering incoming calls Booking jobs and managing the service schedule Assisting with quoting and parts sourcing Creating and processing invoices Providing general administration support across the team As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Automotive Administration through on‑the‑job training over a 24‑month period with the opportunity to role into a Parts Interpreter career pathway for the right candidate.
