About Us Plantation Homes is a respected and growing residential builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland. Specialising in knockdown rebuilds, we are known for our quality craftsmanship, customer‑first approach, and innovative building solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects in Brisbane’s southern suburbs, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional homes in 2026 and beyond. About the Role This role is ideal for a supervisor with demonstrated experience managing knockdown rebuilds and stand‑alone builds. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across southern Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day site operations across multiple new home builds Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations Problem‑solve site‑specific challenges (e.g. access, demolition) Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams About You Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner‑city building conditions QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builders licence – required Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required White Card and valid Driver’s Licence Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills What’s On Offer Supportive and experienced construction and office team Company vehicle, phone, and tools of trade Career progression opportunities in a growing business A culture that values quality, safety, and client satisfaction Join Our Team We are part of the Henley Properties Group, where everyone is welcome.
