Your Role We’re looking for a dynamic leader from a large financial organisation who is hungry to grow and make an impact. In this role, you’ll enable teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions at speed while fostering agile practices and uplifting delivery capability. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to create technology-driven change that matters, remove roadblocks, and inspire continuous improvement. About You Essential: Minimum 5 years practical hands‑on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master) Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills Leadership and negotiation skills Able to coach / mentor agile team members Experience working in a large financial organisation Experience with large enterprise complex systems Make sure to discuss all internal applications with your current manager before applying.
