Job Summary The National Field Operations and Communications Executive acts as a conduit for timely and accurate information flow between the Field Team and broader Hill’s Pet Nutrition organization. The role provides support and guidance to the Territory Managers and Merchandisers to drive consistency and excellence in execution, drive excellence in execution in key 7P elements through weekly reporting and support the field team management, and have overall responsibility for the Field Automation tools utilization. Key Responsibilities Flow of daily information to and from the field team. Liaise with the commercial team to facilitate business‑critical communication, including account‑specific priorities, promotional deals, go‑to‑market information, merchandising resources, and best‑practice sharing. Monthly Field Team Grid Priorities and Channel & Customer Specific Billboard & Survey Maintenance. Real‑time TM & FSM KPI & Key Account Dashboard Maintenance. Monthly Promotions Maintenance in Purveyance & Retailer Marketplace. Maintenance of Purveyance Database & SKU Listing, Manage Wholesaler SDR & Promotional Claims, MediaFly setup, content asset management & analytics. Key liaison with Data Analyst for Tableau Dashboards Integration and maintain Field Team iPad asset deployment, troubleshooting, and Merchandiser fortnightly Data Studio Roster & Purveyance Planned Call Maintenance. Field Sales Automation Management, Reporting & Analytics: Collate, analyze and internal report information submitted by Territory Managers & Merchandisers via field automation tools; provide proactive support to Field Sales Managers to highlight key issues/areas of opportunity; process improvement through utilization and maintenance of field automation tools. About You Tertiary qualification – Bachelor Degree in Business or similar field. Previous experience in sales, FMCG, pharmaceutical company or Nutrition Company preferred. Systems oriented & G‑Suite (or similar) Power User. High degree of curiosity around technology advancement. Early adopter / appetite for digital transformation. Attention to detail and explicit follow‑through.
