Role Description This stand‑alone role will work closely with the Group Executive leading and executing marketing initiatives and events across our operating businesses; Next Telecom Pty Ltd, on Platinum Pty Ltd, Comms Group Global and Tasmanet Pty Ltd. It is likely to be based in Melbourne, Victoria. We envisage the successful candidate will provide hands‑on creative design work with end‑to‑end event and sponsorship management, ensuring consistent, high‑quality brand representation across multiple markets and business units. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi‑brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all materials, assets, and communications. Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and digital channels. Create visually appealing layouts aligned with individual brand guidelines. Support product teams with visual material for product releases, investor updates, and service announcements. Plan, manage, and deliver all corporate events, including trade shows, mining & resources conferences, partner events, sponsorships, client functions, and webinars. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, booth design, AV requirements, catering, travel, and event staffing. Qualifications A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience. Proven experience coordinating corporate or stakeholder events that run smoothly and leave a great impression. Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease. Confidence with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), Canva and social media scheduling tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Experience working in the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sectors. Experience supporting investor relations, product marketing, or corporate communications.
