The job As Marketing & Event Coordinator – Pacific, you will have a diverse range of exciting tasks driving market mapping and market/competitor intelligence and planning product launch strategies, as well as preparing and executing new campaigns. Responsibilities Identify potential growth areas Coordinate and plan events and exhibitions Coordinate and plan sales conferences and user group meetings Be involved in onboarding new staff as we continue to grow Ensure that sales and marketing tools and channels (website, Webshop) are maintained and meet the needs of the salesforce and customers Drive CRM/Salesforce system maintenance (e.g., assigning leads) Own and drive WebShop channel sales Why FOSS? As our Marketing Manager you’ll utilize your creativity, communication and market segmentation skills to support our ambitious growth and sustainable agenda. Professional and personal competences We are looking for an experienced candidate with excellent communication, market segment analysis, project management, and technology skills to join our team. You’ll be joining a team driven by a strong sense of purpose and shared goals. We imagine that you are ambitious, that you thrive in hunting and prospecting new customers and segments and utilising a strategic marketing approach to bring new products to market, as well as increase penetration of existing portfolio. To be successful, you should be interested in understanding the customer’s needs, market analysis and a team player. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience preferred Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM (preferably Salesforce) Experience as a self‑motivated, multi‑tasker, with a capacity to perform in a fast‑paced environment A creative problem‑solver Good at establishing strong relationships, working cooperatively, and assisting others as needed Enjoying process improvement and suggesting new, better ways to accomplish goals Experience working with the feed, grain, laboratory, and meat industries is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
