Coordinating the planning, delivery, and evaluation of events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment while enhancing AUSMASA’s visibility and reputation with industry, government, and training partners. What will keep you busy? Deliver standout in-person and virtual events that run like clockwork. Support creative marketing and communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop fresh, on-brand materials and content. Manage timelines, suppliers, and stakeholder comms to keep everything on track. Track results and share insights that shape what comes next. This is a Fixed-Term contract until June 2028. About you You love variety, thrive on collaboration, and enjoy seeing your work make a real difference. You bring: A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience. Proven experience coordinating corporate or stakeholder events that run smoothly and leave a great impression. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease. Confidence with Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and digital platforms such as Eventbrite, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling tools. A collaborative, professional approach, coupled with initiative, creativity, and adaptability. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Even better if you also have: Experience working in a not-for-profit or government-funded organisation. Knowledge of the Australian mining and automotive sectors.
