Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Cultivate a fun-first culture. Take ownership of your venue’s performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence. Manage labour costs and COGs to maximise your venue’s profitability. Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action What will you bring? Infectious enthusiasm and positivity Proven experience in hospitality leadership An understanding of a venue’s financials Valid RSA and Approved Managers card Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus Sound good?
