About the Opportunity Supervise the Inventory, Supply and Warehouse team in delivering efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused procurement and logistics services. This role oversees inventory control, warehouse operations, and procurement support, driving continuous improvement and service excellence. You’ll play a key role in ensuring Council’s supply chain runs smoothly and supports the needs of our community. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria: You bring 3–5 years demonstrated experience in inventory, warehouse, and procurement operations, with strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re a confident leader who motivates teams and fosters collaboration across departments. You understand procurement compliance and systems and can guide others in best practice. You’re tech‑savvy, with ERP and MS Office proficiency, and a knack for troubleshooting and process improvement. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and deliver great service to internal and external stakeholders. You hold a current C class drivers' licence and Forklift licence.
