Sr. Customer Service Executive – Provisioning & Configuration Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia About The Company Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and Intelligence, driving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services. We envision a New World of Communications. Job Description The role is responsible for all operations & troubleshooting related to installation support, network service configuration. It is an operational role delivering results that directly impact the achievement of project objectives as per business requirements. Responsibilities Ensure configuration task completion for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within the SLAs. Conduct change management, turn-up and migration requests. Standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activation post-provisioning. Validate wiring connections & schedule dispatches with field operations. Regularly participate in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member. Ensure all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA/KPI. Perform escalation management, where necessary, and in case project is in jeopardy. Qualifications Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and field experience. Minimum qualification appropriate for the role (e.g., degree in Engineering or related field). Desired Skill Sets Understanding of provisioning process for telephone, internet, data, service activation. Knowledge in switch and router configuration.
