The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is currently seeking a part-time (2 days per week) Philanthropy Assistant to join our team. About you As the Philanthropy Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting all aspects of our Philanthropy program (Major Gifts, Trusts & Foundations and Corporate Partnerships) while providing essential administrative support to the Philanthropy team. Your work will help ensure the smooth coordination of philanthropic activities and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures and privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across all philanthropic activities & Events Support the Philanthropy team with donor stewardship activities and relationship management Travel bookings and diary management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM Support invoicing and reporting What experience you will bring Experience in a busy administrative role High attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to adapt in a busy fast paced environment What's in it for you?
