Learn more at: About the Role We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver / General Labourer required for our busy construction company. This role combines HR truck driving, general labouring, and supporting other trades across multiple project sites. A minimum HR licence and proven HR truck driving experience are essential. An HC licence is considered a bonus, but not required. Work includes Melbourne metro and regional Victoria travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company truck for deliveries to metro and regional project sites Load and unload materials using correct manual handling practices Assist onsite crews with general labouring tasks Support other trades within the business (carpenters, concreters, site crews, etc.) Perform tool use, site setup, and general cleanup Complete truck inspections and maintain vehicle presentation Liaise with supervisors and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules Follow all WHS procedures and site safety requirements What You Bring HR Driver’s Licence (minimum requirement) HC licence highly regarded but not essential High physical fitness — capable of demanding manual labour Experience using hand tools and basic equipment Strong reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team Willingness to assist various trades across different projects What We Offer $90,000 – $100,000 loaded package (includes overtime provisions) Full-time, stable employment in a growing construction company Supportive, collaborative onsite team Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding group How to Apply If you’re a fit and experienced HR driver who enjoys hands‑on construction work and supporting multiple trades, we’d love to hear from you.
