Your new opportunity:The Team Leader, A.NZ IT Service Desk, is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and team members to ensure the Service Desk runs efficiently and effectively. This role oversees the daily requirements of the A.NZ IT Service Desk team, delivering high-level, timely and professional support to meet business priorities. The Team Leader proactively leads and develops IT Services staff, fostering a constructive and collaborative environment to achieve organisational goals. About you:We’re seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader with a proven track record in managing support teams and delivering high quality IT services. Leadership strength – able to mentor, coach, and inspire Service Desk Engineers while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. Technical expertise – solid background in IT service delivery, incident response, and asset management, with knowledge of office technology stacks. Process mindset – skilled in implementing service desk processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards. Professional credentials – tertiary qualification in IT (or relevant work experience), with ITIL certification and leadership training highly regarded. Personal qualities – proactive, adaptable, and committed to excellence, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and with external vendors.
