About the Role As Venue Manager, you’ll take the reins of one of Gold Coast’s most diverse venues, overseeing operations across food, beverage, functions, entertainment, and gaming. This is a high‑impact leadership role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and knows how to get the best from their people. You’ll drive performance across all departments, foster community connections, and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences—all while keeping a sharp eye on commercial success. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing high‑volume hospitality venues Background in entertainment‑led operations and food & beverage Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate large teams High‑level customer service standards and a passion for hospitality Deep understanding of P&L, financial performance, and operational KPIs A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities Excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external Up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory compliance, including OLGR, WH&S, and food safety Why This Role?
