About the role Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor, the Senior Programs Officer supports the delivery of rehabilitative services to offenders pre‑ and post‑release. This role involves coordinating service delivery across two metropolitan sites, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers. Key responsibilities Support triage, assessment, treatment, and case management processes to promote offender rehabilitation and reintegration. Contribute professional advice, identify emerging issues, and assist with reporting and service updates. Focus on assessment of treatment needs and report writing. Qualifications A 4‑year Degree in Social Work or Psychology Eligibility for registration with either the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Current WA Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.
