What You’ll Do Be efficient and effective in dispensing and distributing medication. Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring, monitor medication outcomes, and manage adverse drug reactions. Provide medication counselling and education to patients. Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to a clinical area. Conduct medication history interviews, medication reconciliation, and pharmaceutical reviews at transfers of care. Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams, providing advice about patient care. Contribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and allied health professionals. Support the quality use of medicines by participating in projects, audits, working groups, or committees as required. Opportunity to be introduced to our oncology pharmacy services. What You’ll Bring You are an adaptable pharmacist possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work autonomously and prioritise workloads to deliver the best possible patient care. Hospital experience is valued but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided. Essential Requirements Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from the date of employment. Ability to work the advertised shifts. Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice. Minimum one year of pharmacist practice experience. Personal indemnity insurance.
