What you’ll do Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Greenslopes Private Hospital. As the Senior Oncology / Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to : Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment; Deliver patient‑centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team emphasizing medication safety and optimization. Perform clinical assessments drug therapy monitoring and offer patient‑specific recommendations. Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings. What you’ll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA Previous experience in hospital oncology or clinical trial pharmacy preferred Compounding experience (desirable) Experience in using CHARM software (desirable) Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why you’ll love working for us : Here at Ramsay Pharmacy we believe in better care.
