What you’ll do Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Warringal Private Hospital. As the Lead Oncology/Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinaryteam and patients receiving cancer treatment; Deliver patient centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization. Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations. Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings. What you’ll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office. You are team-oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care.
