As the Lead Oncology / Cancer Care Services Pharmacist you will lead the team to: Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment Deliver patient centred pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team emphasizing medication safety and optimisation Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring and offer patient‑specific recommendations Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings What you'll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin and Microsoft Office Team‑oriented, collaborative and passionate about providing specialised patient care Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding Why you'll love working for us Here at Ramsay Pharmacy we believe in better care.
