Daily activities will include fielding customer inquiries either over the phone, through our website, or via our social media portals. You will liaise with suppliers to follow up on custom orders, making alterations as necessary and obtaining warranties on behalf of customers. There will be time where you’ll need to assist the team with picking and packing online purchases and receiving stock deliveries. This role is an instore role and does not include any remote workings. Online Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities and Duties Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service. Liaise with customers assisting with sales inquiries, warranty claims and product information. Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm. Attend and participate in sales meetings. Assist with physical inventory counts, and stock receiving. Online Customer Support Specialist Skills and Qualifications Working knowledge of golf equipment and golf in general is essential. Show this in your cover letter. Solid interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency of sales principles and customer service practices.
