The Opportunity We're on the hunt for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Port Pirie Community and support our participants. We are looking for individuals with a passion in cooking, movies, dancing and providing quality support to promote independence Your Role As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be the HEART of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives. You’ll provide flexible, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. Shifts are available across AM, PM, and nights, with travel required to various sites in Adelaide Make an Impact Be more than an employee and bring quality into lives of those that need your help Assist our clients to make a community impact Ensure care is always client-centered and planned collaboratively Collaborate with health professionals to enhance well-being Facilitate daily activities and skill-building programs What We’re Looking For Passionate, flexible, and caring individuals Experience in disability or health care sectors Experience supporting people in SIL/SDA with physical & intellectual disabilities. Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Working with Children’s Check Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex challenging behaviours.
