Senior Project Manager – Payments Orchestration Platform (POP) 6-month contract | Sydney (Hybrid, 3 days onsite) Up to $1,100/day incl. super About the Role We’re partnering with a leading Australian brand on a major uplift of their enterprise payments ecosystem. The program is introducing a new Payments Orchestration Layer (POP) to centralise and manage payment flows across multiple business units and digital channels. As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end rollout — from vendor platform onboarding and integration to establishing delivery governance in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with Product, Payments, Digital, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure the new capability is available across all business and customer channels. You will also be responsible for reporting into the Steering Committee (SteerCo) and maintaining structured governance across the program. What You’ll Be Doing Lead planning, mobilisation, and delivery of the Payments Orchestration rollout Manage vendor onboarding and integration of the platform into enterprise systems Oversee delivery schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies Partner with business and technology leads to enable new payment capabilities Maintain governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, including SteerCo reporting About You Experienced Project Manager with a background in large-scale, structured enterprise technology delivery Strong experience in payments, banking, or financial services Experience with delivery of a Payments Orchestration Platform to a large enterprise is extremely advantageous.
