Performance Marketing Manager

Description The Opportunity Online Education Services (OES) is seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our high‑performing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in performance marketing, either client‑side or agency‑side. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for deploying, managing and optimising multi‑channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display. Your work will directly contribute to student acquisition outcomes for our university partners, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values innovation, curiosity and impact. Key Responsibilities Implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights across CPL, CPA, ROI and creative effectiveness Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice Support creative development with data‑led recommendations and storytelling Enhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrolment Champion a test‑and‑learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement About You 4–6+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video and display Recent, hands‑on experience utilising SA360 and Meta Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management and ROI analysis Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes Experience in A / B testing, web campaign deployment and creative planning Analytical, curious and forward‑thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideas Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Master’s degree desirable) About OES OES is a vibrant, values‑led organisation passionate about enhancing lives through education.
