We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the charge in optimising our marketing performance across all our digital channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build reporting frameworks, and directly impact revenue. APPLICATION REQUIREMENT: Required to upload a short 2-minute recording (link will be provided) as your introduction to who you are and outlining your skills You will also be required to submit a portfolio or sample showcase of your most recent work, be it projects to the Marketing Manager via , to demonstrate your creativity What you'll do: Design, execute, and oversee multi‑channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Lead performance analysis across paid, organic, CRM, and web channels to drive measurable growth and optimise ROI. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance models to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for paid marketing. Continuously test, optimise, and scale AdWords/PPC/paid social campaigns to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness. Track key marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics) and use data‑driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Regularly report on campaign results, achievements, and trends to stakeholders and leadership. Collaborate with content, creative, sales, and product teams to align assets, messaging, and attribution models with business goals. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and AI innovations to drive strategy and maintain a competitive edge. What you’ll bring to the table: 5+ years experience in a performance marketing, online marketing analytics, or online growth marketing roles. Proven success managing large‑scale ($100k+ / month), multi‑channel PPC campaigns and achieving strong measurable outcomes. Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion funnel analytics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google GA4, Google Ads, Tag Manager, AHREFS, Semrush, Agency Analytics, and Excel/Sheets. Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS for campaign landing page or tracking optimisation. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data‑driven marketing automation. Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills to clearly present performance insights and recommendations. Critical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot campaign issues. Exposure to AI and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok for creative ideation or workflow automation. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SME environment with cross‑functional collaboration and shifting priorities.
