The Role As we scale in Australia, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid growth engine. This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, scaling revenue and delivering efficient performance across paid channels. You will operate in partnership with our Centre of Excellence and work closely with our agency partners to lead channel execution and optimisation for the Australian market. Key Responsibilities Own the paid media performance for Australia across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels, working closely with our agency partners to execute and optimise. Develop, execute and refine paid media strategies that drive acquisition, revenue growth and efficient ROAS. Partner with agency teams on media planning, pacing, budget management and weekly optimisation routines. Build, manage and optimise local media budgets including forecasting, pacing and performance reporting. Execute structured testing frameworks including creative testing, audience tests, landing page optimisation and funnel experimentation, in collaboration with agency partners. Partner with the COE to implement global testing ladders, learnings and creative frameworks while ensuring agencies apply them effectively in market. Localise performance creative requirements and briefs with both the COE and agency teams to ensure relevance and impact in Australia. Track, analyse and interpret channel performance, attribution, CAC, ROAS, CLV and AOV metrics to inform decision making. Produce weekly and monthly performance reports in partnership with our agencies that clearly explain drivers, insights and opportunities. Collaborate with the broader team, the COE and agency partners on campaign strategy, content needs, new product launches and full-funnel programs. Ensure compliance with platform policies, local regulations and brand standards across agency‑executed work. Stay ahead of platform changes, competitor activity and emerging best practices to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring 7+ years experience in performance marketing with deep technical capability across Meta and Google (and the ability to leverage TikTok shop when launched in Australia). Proven experience managing performance at scale with world‑class ROAS and CAC outcomes. Strong understanding of DTC, ecommerce, funnels and optimisation levers. Experience collaborating with agency partners and managing high‑performance external teams. Experience working with or within fast‑growth consumer brands. Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear insights and recommendations. Proven experience running structured testing programs across creative, audiences and landing pages. Confident operator with the ability to work cross‑functionally. Experience in wellness, beauty, supplements or FMCG is highly valued. Experience working with agencies and internal creative teams. Location This role is based in beautiful Manly, so we are needing someone who is happy with the location.
