Working as a Safety Advisor at Quickway is exciting Quickway has been delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW for the past 19 years. We specialise in Roads & Bridges, Concrete Structures, Tunnels, Rail, Communications, Electrical, Water and Traffic Management. We have been working directly for Transport NSW for the past 8 years, and more recently Sydney Water. About the Role As the Safety Advisor at Quickway Constructions, you will champion a positive, proactive safety culture across our project teams. Your strong communication skills and hands‑on approach will help you lead, influence, and motivate teams to meet business objectives, ensure compliance, minimise risk, and drive continual improvement. In this role, you will be a key member of our Utilities team, supporting the successful delivery of projects for our clients. What You Will Bring 2–5 years of experience in a similar safety‑focused role Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or related qualification) A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to foster and lead a strong safety culture Experience in lead auditing and ICAM investigations (highly desirable) This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in Silverwater.
