About The Role Jesuit Mission is seeking a strategic and values-driven Individual Giving Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic campaigns across appeals, regular giving, mid-value donors, and digital channels. In this role you will also play a key role in embedding Gifts in Wills awareness and referral processes into supporter journeys, creating meaningful experiences that inspire generosity and long-term commitment. In This Key Role, You Will Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (DM, digital, phone, email) to acquire, retain, and upgrade supporters Analyse data and campaign performance to inform strategy, forecast pipeline needs, and optimise results Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated, insight-led activity Embed Gifts in Wills touchpoints into supporter journeys and manage warm referrals Champion ethical storytelling and culturally safe practice in all donor communications About You You are a strategic and data-driven fundraising professional who thrives on turning insights into action. With a strong background in Individual Giving or direct marketing, you understand how to connect with audiences in a meaningful way, and how to build trust that inspires long-term giving. You’re confident managing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating across teams, bringing both creative ideas and analytical rigour to the table.
