More about the role Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Regular Giving Manager to join our team and lead the Foundation's Regular Giving programs to long-term sustainable growth. Main responsibilities include Developing and overseeing the F2F Regular Giving program focussing on retention and growth strategies Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Regular Giving programs, with the aim of maximising revenue, return on investment and building an engaged supporter base Collaborating closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure the Regular Giving program runs effectively and efficiently Directing the operational support required for the Regular Giving team Liaising with external suppliers and their fundraising teams to deliver high quality programs that protect the McGrath Foundation brand and reputation Supporting the development of supporter journeys for all Regular Givers to improve donor retention and engagement Using data insights to inform decision-making, optimising campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement across the Regular Giving program What you bring to the role Our ideal candidate has experience managing a successful regular giving program, achieving retention and growth targets. People management, self-motivation, collaboration, strong stakeholder management, creative / critical thinking and experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) are important skills for this role.
