How You Can Make a Difference We’re looking for an Individual Giving Officer to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Regular Giving program. This role is key to driving income growth and supporting acquisition and retention strategies across channels such as Face-to-Face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital. This role is being offered on a maximum-term full-time contract until 30 June 2026. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our offices in either Sydney or Melbourne. What You'll Be Doing Support the delivery of acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrade, and reactivation campaigns. Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts. Assist with donor care, including welcome packs, impact reports, and end-of-year statements. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate data and troubleshoot issues. Track campaign performance and produce regular reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and donor retention strategies. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a fundraising role (especially working on a F2F program or in supporter relations) will be highly regarded. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge an advantage) and MS Office. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in project or campaign management (preferred). Knowledge of fundraising principles and nonprofit sector (preferred). Why Join Us?
