Legacy Giving Manager – Brighton Grammar School Join Brighton Grammar School as a Legacy Giving Manager, a part‑time (0.6 FTE) role focused on developing a comprehensive bequest program. The position is closed to view and candidacy is limited to those who meet the required qualifications. Position Details Position No: Applications Close: 28/11/2025 5:00 PM Occupation: Marketing / Development Work Type: Permanent – Part Time Responsibilities Manage and grow a comprehensive bequest program, including securing planned gifts and bequests. Market planned giving opportunities to prospects and donors. Steward members of the School’s bequest group, the Sequamur Society. Deliver excellent client service and maintain confidentiality throughout the bequest process. Make sound judgments, coordinate activities, and meet deadlines independently. Qualifications Experience in bequest fundraising, or general fundraising, with a proven track record of success. High degree of discretion and reliability for confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Proficient in IT, including Synergetic (preferred) and Microsoft Office (including MS Teams). Familiarity with an educational environment is highly regarded. A current Working with Children Check and Police check, or willingness to obtain before commencing. Why work for us?
