About the role Support culinary operations for our popular Richmond cafe, assisting with menu execution, kitchen management, and team development. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver quality food across our diversified offerings from brunch classics to function catering, while developing your leadership skills. Duties Execute seasonal menus featuring fresh, local produce and plant-based options Assist with kitchen operations for cafe service and private function catering Support training and development of junior kitchen team members Maintain food safety standards and accommodate dietary requirements Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service delivery Skills & experience Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in busy cafe/restaurant kitchen environments Strong culinary skills with leadership potential Food costing knowledge and inventory management skills Culture At My Oh My, we're makers of magic who believe in creating delicious experiences every day.
