What You’ll Do Be the financial backbone that keeps our projects running smoothly – from reconciling accounts to forecasting future growth. Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision and care Maintain up-to-date records in Xero and our project management software Prepare cash flow forecasts and support project reporting Work closely with our Contract Administrators to process monthly progress claims Collaborate with our site and office teams to keep every project financially on track Provide insights that help guide smart financial decisions Support compliance, payroll (for around 15 staff), and project cost management Find better, faster ways to make the finance function tick What You Bring Solid experience in construction accounting or bookkeeping Confidence using Xero and project management software (or you learn new systems fast) High attention to detail – accuracy is your thing Strong commercial sense and a genuine interest in how construction projects come together The ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a growing Gold Coast success story Work closely with our CFO, Contract Administrators and site teams – your ideas will be heard Gain exposure to some of Queensland’s most exciting developments Great team culture that actually supports work–life balance Competitive salary package and long-term growth opportunities If you’re ready to take ownership of your role, grow with a company on the rise, and see your work make a real impact — we’d love to meet you.
