Alphabond Dental is a leading supplier of cutting‑edge dental laboratory equipment, dental alloys and consumables to surgeries and laboratories within Australia and New Zealand markets operating for over 35 years. Our dynamic and innovative team work with dentists and laboratories to ensure the supplies needed are provided quickly with all products in stock despatched the same day wherever possible. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative for the wider Sydney area to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and technicians. This role involves promoting and selling dental products and equipment mainly to dental technicians, providing expert advice, building new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and technicians Provide expert advice on dental products and services to meet the specific needs of our customers Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring consistent client engagement and identifying new business opportunities with weekly reporting of phone contact and customer visits Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Attend sales meetings, regional events and trade shows within or outside the territory along with arranging customer meetings with visiting suppliers Based in our Roseville office in between weekly travel visits within the Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, ACT and surrounding areas Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales preferably in the dental, healthcare or related industries, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong knowledge of dental products, laboratory equipment, and industry practices is desirable but not essential as full product training will be provided Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively Proficiency in computer and MS Office suite Hold a valid current NSW driver’s licence Competitive base salary with performance‑based commission Car allowance, phone and laptop provided Opportunities for professional development and industry training Supportive and collaborative work environment Applications close Sunday 11th January 2026 in which successful candidates will be contacted after this time.
