As we continue to expand our presence in Australia, we are seeking a dedicated full‑time customer service representative to join our team. Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused individual with experience in the dental or medical sector. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage day‑to‑day enquiries, and support dental clinics and partners using our range of digital dental products. This role is essential to sustaining strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to after‑sales support. Key Responsibilities Act as a professional and responsive first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding product availability, orders, delivery status and service requests. Support customers with basic troubleshooting and elevate technical issues to the relevant departments when required. Maintain customer records with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal sales, technical and logistics teams to ensure timely customer outcomes. Represent the Osseo Group brand with professionalism and a strong service ethic. Requirements Previous customer service experience within the dental or medical industry is highly regarded. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. A proactive and reliable approach to work, with an ability to solve problems and follow tasks through to completion. High attention to detail and confidence in learning product information.
