MinRes is seeking a highly experienced Environmental Superintendent to manage our environmental approvals and compliance at the Lucky Bay site. The role is based at the MinRes HQ office in Osborne Park with frequent travel to oversee projects. You will provide high‑level advice to site personnel, lead compliance activities, obtain regulatory approvals and support sustainable project success. Responsibilities Provide onsite engagement with site team to ensure understanding and commitment to environmental compliance Support auditing, inspection, monitoring and reporting processes Assist in environmental incident reporting, action completion, tracking and ICAMs Provide scientific advice on environmental aspects of the project to stakeholders Lead the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and approvals processes, ensuring timely delivery under Mining Act, State legislation and the Federal EPBC Act Coordinate and manage operational approvals projects, including scoping technical studies, surveys, scheduling and budget tracking Prepare environmental approval applications and supporting documents in accordance with government policy and Execution Plans Ensure provision of all necessary information to support the grant of all required environmental approvals Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in external audits as required Assist in environmental incident investigation and corrective action follow‑up Coordinate and execute environmental monitoring Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline Extensive environmental management and operational approvals experience within the mining or resources industry Proven success leading teams, including contractors, to achieve project goals Comprehensive understanding of environmental legislation, guidelines, standards and other requirements Experience providing strategic and operational environmental advice across all business levels Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders Strong problem‑solving, mentoring and systematic approach in dynamic environments Proficiency with GIS software Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Mining Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mineral Resources Limited by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
