About our role: We’re gearing up for a major civil project in the Pilbara and are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Civil Superintendents to join the team Running both days and nights, works are scheduled to commence in the new year, offering the chance to be part of a fast moving, high performance project. Your focus in this role: Oversee daily site operations for construction of haul roads, bulk earthworks, and related scopes Lead and manage a team of supervisors, operators, and subcontractors Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained Deliver to program and cost targets, escalating risks and delays as required Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project management teams Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Superintendent in WA Proven experience on large-scale bulk earthworks, road construction, rail embankments, or tailings dams Experience working with or for Tier 1 iron ore mining companies Solid understanding of FIFO operations in the Pilbara or Goldfields Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills A commitment to high safety and quality standards What we offer: Permanent full-time position plus employee referral bonuses.
