If you are looking for an opportunity to work on a world‑class project, contribute to industry‑first achievements, and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, we want to hear from you We’re seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the safe and successful delivery of Stage I & II pond expansions and associated site civil works (e.g., halite harvesting) at our Sulphate of Potash facility in Wiluna, WA. This is a site‑based leadership role that will see you managing complex, high‑value capital projects, driving contractor performance, enforcing safety compliance, and delivering key project milestones. ABOUT YOU Oversee the execution of major capital works on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; ensure accurate and timely reporting Manage contractor performance and third‑party vendor packages Provide on‑site engineering support and WHS compliance (WHS Mines Regs 2022) Lead a high‑performing team, championing a culture of safety and accountability Drive cost control, earned value tracking, and continuous improvement across the project WHAT YOU’LL BRING You’re a seasoned civil construction leader with a track record of delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects in challenging environments. You know how to lead from the front, manage complexity, and bring people together to get the job done right. 15+ years in civil construction with 5+ years in a senior/site superintendent role A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering (or equivalent experience) Schedule 26 statutory training Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management frameworks Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, and systems such as Pronto, Aconex, and INX Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence & Construction White Card WHAT WE OFFER FIFO ex Perth, short commute direct to site 8:6 roster Competitive salary and benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) & Wellness App Salary sacrificing (superannuation) options HOW TO APPLY If you are ready to be part of this exciting phase, APPLY NOW We want to learn all about you.
