About the Role This is a mobile sales role , working on the road within your assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for growing our customer base by showcasing our stunning designer floral arrangements, building relationships, and converting new clients into happy long-term customers. You’ll be fully supported with training, tools, and tech to make your day seamless—including a vehicle, phone, uniform, and laptop with our proprietary systems. Key responsibilities include: Planning and executing sales calls across the Perth territory Meeting KPIs for visits, sales conversions, and customer acquisition Keeping customer data updated in Salesforce CRM Working with your Manager to shape an effective local sales plan Offering insights and feedback to improve how we reach new customers Jumping in to support the customer service team when needed About You We hire for attitude first—because we know the right mindset leads to great outcomes.
