An outstanding opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join the ECOM team within the Group Chief Operating Officer. You’ll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities Capture and groom requirements into features, epics, and tasks, including dependencies, in collaboration with squads that align with business objectives. Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc.) to articulate business needs and solution requirements. Prepare both high‑level and detailed business requirements. Produce As‑Is and To‑Be process maps. Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting, and other required outputs. Ensure delivery and development teams understand the value of each user story delivered. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. In‑depth understanding of financial products, processes, and systems. Creative, simplifying complex processes and issues, strong problem‑solving and analysis skills. Extensive experience working in an agile environment with familiarity with human‑centred design techniques. Ability to communicate a product vision to stakeholders and teams, working with product owners to shape backlogs of key features and epics for individual sprints. Comfortable leading workshops across cross‑functional business and IT teams throughout discovery, development, and operational usage of change.
