Role Overview: The Salesforce Omnistudio Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Customer Success Platform. A baseline security clearance is required (or the ability to acquire one). Required Technical Skills 3+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience 1+ year of implementation experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Omnistudio, preferably in Public Sector Solutions or Health Cloud Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical design experience with Omnistudio tools such as FlexCards Framework, OmniScripts, and Business Rules Engine End‑to‑end experience in Salesforce development: LWC, APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST Overall 3–8 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce and 1+ in Omnistudio Must Have Salesforce Omnistudio experience Strong configuration & development skills in Salesforce Experience with Public Sector Solutions Baseline security clearance, or Australian citizenship with a background check to obtain clearance Our Values We commit to diversity, inclusion, and empowering each person to reach their full potential.
