Casual Customer Service Officer / Licence Testing Officer Apply for the Casual Customer Service Officer / Licence Testing Officer role at VicRoads. Salary: A$31.94 per hour (plus 25% loading) Tenure: Casual Location: Heatherton Key Responsibilities Deliver registration and licensing services to customers in a dynamic environment, including face‑to‑face, telephone, and written communication, following established policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner, handling complaints and escalating to supervisors when required. Suggest improvements to customer service delivery processes and tools and support corporate change initiatives. Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve key performance targets and support team activities. Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff as needed. What we are looking for Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, can‑do attitude and keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Adaptability, flexibility, and agility in adopting new methods of working. A team player who is not afraid to go above and beyond where required. Full, valid driver’s licence (excluding P plates).
