Accounts Officer

To learn more about Park, visit to learn more about Park and our values. About the role We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This role will be key in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices across our growing business. This position is focused on managing the end-to-end invoicing function. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders – customers, transport suppliers and internal teams. You will be comfortable navigating complex queries with a professional, solutions-focused mindset. Your key duties will include: Processing customer invoices for our wholesale business Setting up and maintaining accounts and key financial data Helping document and improve financial processes Liaising with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Providing support with projects as the business expands What we’re looking for The successful applicant for this role will have: 3+ years of experience in an accounts or finance support role Experience using accounting software – Sage/Octane experience is highly favourable Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – especially in handling complex or challenging conversations High level of accuracy, accountability, and professional integrity Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A dynamic and solutions-focused mindset, with the initiative to identify and improve inefficiencies We kindly request that no recruitment agencies contact us about this vacancy at this time.
