Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of resourcing activities, including the management of internal and external candidates. Assist in the development of resourcing strategies across a range of complex Infrastructure projects. Build and maintain strong networks both internally and externally making you an industry expert. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of resourcing activities with project requirements as a priority. Build knowledge on market insights and deliver data insights to inform decision making. Qualifications & Experience A degree in Business, Human Resources or related. Proven recruitment experience either internally or agency from within the Infrastructure sector. Ability to engage, influence and build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently or as part of a team across multi-disciplinary business units. Motivated and committed to opportunities that may be project and/or corporate based.
