About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team and become a key driver of our growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll develop and implement sophisticated pricing strategies that maximise our revenue and profitability. You’ll dive deep into market trends, analyse competitor pricing, and dissect customer behaviour to identify opportunities and build winning pricing models. Your work will directly shape our financial future, influencing decisions that could impact millions in revenue. You’ll be a core part of our collaborative Sales Operations team, working alongside passionate professionals who value data‑driven strategy and innovation. Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing models for products/services, conduct comprehensive competitor pricing analysis, and monitor pricing performance. Create and maintain pricing dashboards and KPI reports, perform statistical analysis on pricing data, and generate regular reports on pricing performance and revenue impact. Partner with sales teams, marketing, and finance to develop competitive pricing strategies, and support product management with go‑to‑market pricing recommendations. Monitor competitor pricing changes, research industry pricing trends, and analyse customer segmentation. Develop and refine pricing methodologies, implement pricing automation, and mentor junior analysts. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis. Previous experience in pricing strategy or revenue management. Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis. Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with regression analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling. Understanding of micro‑economic principles and pricing theory. What Sets You Apart Experience with Python or R. Previous experience with CPQ or revenue management systems. An MBA or advanced degree. Experience in subscription or SaaS pricing models. International pricing experience. Sounds like you?
