Sales Consultant – Digital Marketing

Webco Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Southbank, Melbourne , helping service-based businesses generate quality leads and scale their revenue through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and websites that convert. We’re lean, focused, and results-driven and now looking for a Melbourne-based salesperson who’s hungry to make money, grow fast, and play a major part in scaling the business. What You’ll Do Manage inbound leads and actively build your own pipeline of opportunities. Talk directly with Australian business owners across industries - especially in service-based sectors. Sell high-value digital marketing and website solutions that deliver measurable ROI. Stay on top of every lead and follow up like a pro - persistence and communication win here. Track proposals and deals through our CRM (training provided). Report directly to the Founder - no layers, no politics, just performance and results. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency sales . Strong understanding of how online marketing helps small and medium businesses grow. Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail. A growth mindset - you’re coachable, curious, and never complacent. A genuine hunger to earn money and build a career, not just a job. What You’ll Get Base salary + super + uncapped commissions (realistic OTE $130K+). Full autonomy to test ideas, close deals, and grow your own success.
