About the Role Conducting statutory inspections (for OCE-qualified candidates) Leading crews and setting strong safety and compliance standards Identifying and managing risk Engaging with production teams, contractors, and site leadership Supporting site operations to meet safety and production targets About You A valid NSW OCE qualification and current Practicing Certificate. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making skills and professionalism. Mining Supervisors (without OCE) 3+ years of experience as Mining Supervisor Currently studying for OCE qualification Strong safety leadership and decision‑making skills Ready to work with a company that values your expertise?
