With egg‑citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now’s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success About the Role We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Kinglake team and ensure the plant operates efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily production activities, monitor key performance metrics, and work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Grading teams to drive continuous improvement. You’ll also lead the implementation of HSE initiatives, support lean processes, and ensure the site maintains a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Work with the Quality Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and promote a strong quality culture. Attend daily lean meetings with LEP and Grading teams to review performance and priorities. Implement and manage HSE programs, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and operational efficiency. Complete financial and operational reporting, including weekly KPI reporting. Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly stocktakes. Develop and update SOPs to maintain best practice across the plant. HSE Responsibilities As a supervisor, you’ll play a key role in promoting a safe workplace. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring adherence to all HSE policies and procedures. Consulting with workers on HSE issues and ensuring open communication. Identifying and controlling hazards within your area of responsibility. Encouraging early reporting of incidents and supporting return‑to‑work processes. Ensuring all workers, contractors, and volunteers understand and follow safe work procedures. Maintaining knowledge of HSE issues and acting as a role model for safe work behaviours. Ensuring PPE is available, correctly used, and stored appropriately. About You You’re an experienced production professional with a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing environments. You’re a natural problem solver who builds strong relationships across teams and thrives on driving efficiency, safety, and quality. With a hands‑on approach and excellent communication skills, you’re confident leading by example and empowering your team to perform at their best. What We’re Looking For Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (egg, dairy, or similar preferred). Strong computer literacy, including experience with EggBase and SAP - preferred Excellent leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently. Strong understanding of HSE compliance and continuous improvement processes.
