Grader Operator

Reporting to the Supervisor: Surface Production, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely grading services to support the safe haulage of ore and waste rock. This role is offered as residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie on a 4 days on,4 nights on, 6 days off roster. Bus transportation is offered to and from site for residential candidates and relocation assistance will be offered to the successful candidate if required. You must be able to cut and fill to levels, maintain clean smooth road surfaces and from drainage as required to alleviate ponding on roads. Ensure production goals are achieved by working collaboratively with the mining team. Assist the achievement of budgeted maintenance targets by operating with care, providing preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and organising the timely repair of operated equipment. Assist to increase the skills of the mining team by providing training and mentoring of operators.
