Support Manningham Council’s IT functions through rotations in ServiceDesk, Applications Support, Information Management, and Cybersecurity/AI in a hybrid work environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Rotate across core IT areas: ServiceDesk, Applications Support, Information Management, and Cybersecurity/AI, building practical skills with modern, AI-enabled tools. Assist with application deployments, updates, projects, and user support. Support information management initiatives, including data integrity and digital records. Participate in cyber awareness activities and basic security monitoring. Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and process improvements. Support the implementation of new technologies and digital tools. About You The company is looking for: Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar (completed within the last 2 years). Curious about emerging technologies and keen to explore different IT career paths through structured rotation. Clear communicator with a customer focus, comfortable working with staff at all levels and explaining digital/AI solutions in plain English. Proactive learner who adapts quickly, takes initiative, and contributes to team goals. Highly organised and detail-oriented; maintains accurate records and follows ITIL-based processes for incidents, requests, and changes. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $81,962 plus superannuation. Monthly rostered day off (RDO). Hybrid working arrangements available. Free onsite parking at Doncaster location.
